Alton Lane will gladly accept returns of any unwashed, unworn, undamaged in-stock garments for a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase date when accompanied by a receipt. Returns may be processed from any showroom location or through reaching out to email@example.com to obtain a return shipping label. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. All items that have been tailored are final sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Due to the nature of the unique and personal construction of all Alton Lane custom and made-to-measure products, Alton Lane is unable to accept the return or exchange of any of these products. Alton Lane is fully committed to providing our customers with quality pieces that fit and are comfortable to wear for many years to come.
